- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- Cream Filling
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in saucepan.

3Add flour.

4Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, all at once; continue beating until smooth.

6Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool; cut off tops and fill with cream filling.

8Replace tops; dust with powdered sugar.
