- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Add butter to boiling water.

2Melt, add flour and salt at once.

3Cook, stirring until smooth and forms a soft ball.

4Cool mixture and add eggs, one at a time.

5Drop batter onto greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 325° for 25 minutes.

7Makes 12 Cream Puffs. Cool, then cut and fill with any cream or pudding.
