Apple Chicken with Almonds

  • 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 whole Apples, Cored, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups Mustard (whatever You Have, Grainy Is Good)
  • 1/4 cups Almonds, Sliced

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Put chicken in a 9 x 13 baker, top with the apple mixture, and cover with foil or a lid.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    This is great served with rice pilaf and a steamed veggie.
