- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. butter
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat water and butter together to boiling point in enamel saucepan.

2Add flour all at once.

3Stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms into a ball (approximately 1 minute).

4Remove from heat.

5Cool thoroughly. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating to a smooth paste after each egg is added, then beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
