- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat to boiling point in saucepan the water and butter.

2Stir in flour until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball.

3Cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beat until smooth and velvety.

4Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.

5Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes, until dry.

6Allow to cool slowly.

7Fill with whipped cream or custards.
