- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- any flavor instant pudding
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Heat water and margarine to rolling boil. Stir in flour.

3Stir vigorously over low heat, about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.

4Remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, all at one time.

6Continue beating until smooth.

7Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.

9Cool away from draft.

10Cut off tops.

11Pull out any filaments of soft dough.

12Mix pudding by directions and fill puffs.

13Replace tops and dust with confectioners sugar.

14Chill and serve.
