- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch, fill cup with flour
- 1 tsp. lemon juice or flavoring
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until very light and creamy.

2Add cold water and sugar.

3Add flour and cornstarch, sift together.

4Whip the whites of eggs stiff; fold in.

5Add flavoring or juice.

6Bake in 9-inch tube pan in 350° oven for 35 minutes.
