- 1/4 c. butter
- mixed vegetables
- 1 small onion, minced or dehydrated onions
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- sliced American cheese
Directions

1In saucepan, gently cook butter and onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and mustard and then milk. Add pepper, celery and salt.

2Arrange layer of drained vegetables, layer of cheese and layer of sauce.

3Repeat and end with cream sauce. Top with crumbs and frozen pieces of onion rings.

4Bake 1/2 hour in a 350° oven.
