- 1 c. soft butter
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. Gold Medal flour
Directions

1Mix, cover and chill until hard.

2Roll about 1/3 of the dough at a time 1/8-inch thick on a flour cloth covered board.

3Keep remaining dough chilled.

4Cut into 1 1/2-inch rounds.

5Transfer onto wax paper, heavily covered with granulated sugar, so each side is well covered.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Prick each round with a fork 4 times.

8Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until nice and brown.

9Put cookies together in pairs with creamy filling.

10Makes 5 dozen cookies.
