- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

1Cook cabbage barely covered with water until cooked but slightly crisp.

3In saucepan heat cream and butter carefully.

4When near boiling, mix flour, salt, and water in cup.

5Stir into cream; let bubble, stirring constantly (scorches easily).

6Take off heat and fold in cabbage.
