  • corn
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • salt and pepper

    Fry fatback.

    Let grease cool after taking meat out.

    Pour corn in pan.

    Pour in 1/4 cup water.

    Mix flour and water together. Pour flour mix into pan.

    Cook on high until it boils.

    Heat and cook 5 minutes.

    Stir frequently.
