  • 2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 8 oz. half and half milk
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Combine all except flour and butter and bring to a boil.

    Melt butter in small skillet; stir in flour.

    Add to corn mixture. Pour into casserole and top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
