- 1 lb. frozen kernel corn
- 12 oz. whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash white pepper
- 1-1/2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1-1/2 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine corn, cream, sugar, salt, and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil.

2Simmer for about 5 minutes.

3Make a roux by melting the butter in another pot, then slowly whisk in the flour until thick and paste-like.

4Add the roux to the corn mixture and mix well, remove from heat.

5Pour the corn mixture into a shallow baking or casserole dish.

6Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and put under the broiler until melted and lightly brown.
