  • 1 lb. frozen kernel corn
  • 12 oz. whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine corn, cream, sugar, salt, and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil.

    Simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Make a roux by melting the butter in another pot, then slowly whisk in the flour until thick and paste-like.

    Add the roux to the corn mixture and mix well, remove from heat.

    Pour the corn mixture into a shallow baking or casserole dish.
