Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 8 oz. frozen crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Drain and slice canned or frozen crab.

2Reserve a little for garnish.

3Melt margarine in saucepan.

4Add green onions and mushrooms.

5Saute until tender.

6Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.

7Add milk gradually, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Stir in crab.

8Serve over toast or patty shells.

9Sprinkle with reserved crab and parsley.

10Makes about 4 servings.
