- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 slices cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour (to thicken)
Directions

1Boil eggs and let cool.

2Slice eggs.

3Melt 1/2 stick butter in saucepan. Stir in enough flour to make thick.

4Add approximately 1 1/2 cups milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Stir together until thick. Add cheese.

6If this does not get thick, you may have to mix more butter and flour together for thickening.

7Use your own judgement.

8Layer eggs in baking dish.

9Pour sauce over eggs. Continue to layer until gone.

10Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.

11Makes 8 to 10 servings.
