- 2 pkg. frozen peas
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Prepare frozen peas according to package; drain.

2Keep warm. In a pot, cook green onion in butter for 5 minutes.

3Blend in remaining ingredients, except cream.

4Bring to a boil.

5Reduce heat; cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes.

6Add cream; cook until heated.
