- can peas
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp. cream
Directions

1Drain juice from peas into pan.

2Mix flour with a little water to make a smooth, thin paste.

3Thicken pea juice with flour mixture.

4Cook about 3 or 4 minutes.

5Pour in peas.

6Add sliced or cubed cheese, according to taste.

7Just before serving, add cream and a little salt and pepper; possibly a little butter.
