  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 2 ounces diced pimentos
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 cups frozen English peas
  • 3 tablespoons chicken broth

    In a small bowl combine yogurt, flour, dill weed, pimiento salt & pepper; stir until smooth.

    Set aside.

    In small saucepan combine peas & broth; cover & bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender.

    Stir in yogurt mixture; cook over low heat until thickened , stirring constantly.
