- 5 or 6 Irish potatoes
- 1 small tsp. salt
- enough milk to make consistency you like
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Pare and slice potatoes into uniform sized pieces into a 2-quart casserole dish (with lid).

2Place salt and water in with potatoes.

3Cook on High for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender enough to cream.

4Do not drain. Place casserole dish on mixer stand.

5Put margarine in dish and whip, using milk gradually, until potatoes are of serving consistency.

6Can be made ahead and reheated at 70% power in microwave.
