Creamed Sherry Chicken

- 1 c. chopped mushrooms
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 4 to 6 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- paprika
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except chicken. If mixture seems thick, add a little more dry sherry.

2Lay chicken breasts in a Pyrex pan.

3Pour mixture over chicken covering as completely as possible.

4Sprinkle generously with paprika.

5Cook at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Best served with noodles or rice. Serves 4.
