- 2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Beat eggs in large bowl.

2Add cottage cheese, grated Cheddar, butter, spinach, flour, salt and pepper.

3Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.

4Bake on low, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°. Yields 12 to 14 servings.
