  • 6 eggs
  • 2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Beat eggs in large bowl.

    Add cottage cheese, grated Cheddar, butter, spinach, flour, salt and pepper.

    Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.

    Bake on low, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°. Yields 12 to 14 servings.
