  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 pkg. crackers, finely chopped
  • garlic salt (dash)
  • salt (dash)
  • pepper (dash)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 c. grape jelly
  • 1 slice lemon

Directions

    Mix together hamburger, onion, crackers, salt, pepper, egg and milk.

    Roll into small balls.

    Brown in hot oil.

    Drain.

    Put aside.

    Mix together chili sauce, jelly and lemon in boiler. Bring to a boil.

    Put meat balls in sauce and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
