- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- Italian bread crumbs
- grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions, adding salt and onion to water.

2Drain.

3Add softened cream cheese and mix well.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Pour into greased casserole.

6Sprinkle with crumbs, and then Parmesan cheese.

8Bake in a 350° oven until bubbly and browned.
