- 7 ounces creamettes macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef (or mix with pork)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup black olives
- 4 cups tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups creamed corn (drain if using kernel)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup corn chips
- 8 ounces sour cream
Directions

1Prepare creamettes by directions on box. Drain.

2Brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat.

3Add macaroni, olives, tomatoes with liquid, corn, tomato sauce, cheese and spices.

4Pour into a 3 quart casserole.

5Top with corn chips.

6Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

7Serve with sour cream.
