  • 1/2-1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 medium Avocado (ripe)
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz linguine
  • 1 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
