Creamy Basil Dip

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 bunch Basil Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 ounce, weight Fat-free Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non-fat
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    In a food processor (I used my mini) add your garlic, basil leaves, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese and process until all combined and the basil is in small bits.

    In a bowl, add your basil mixture and cream cheese and blend together, then add your Greek yogurt.

    Give it a good stir till all combined.

    Taste, and add salt and pepper if needed.

    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
