- 3 T butter or oleo
- 3 T flour
- 1 T sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 can corn
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Melt oleo in heavy saucepan over low heat.

2Add flour, sugar and salt, stirring until smooth.

3Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4Gradually add milk.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.

6Remove mixture from heat and stir in corn.

7Beat eggs well.

8Add to mixture, stirring constantly.

9Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

10Yields 6 servings.
