- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice concentrate
- yellow food coloring (optional)
- whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.

3Stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and food coloring (if desired).

4Pour into prepared pastry shell.

5Bake 30 minutes. Cool and chill.

6Spread with whipped cream.
