- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 c. commercial buttermilk style salad dressing
- 1/3 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole dill weed
- dash of white pepper
Directions

1Scrape carrots; cut into 1 x 1/4-inch sticks.

2Cook carrots, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.

3Drain.

4Place in shallow container; set aside.

5Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.

6Pour over carrots; toss gently to coat.

7Cover and chill; stir occasionally. Yields 8 servings.
