  • 1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine all but vanilla in saucepan and let stand 5 minutes. Heat to boiling, stirring often.

    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

    Let cool, then cover and refrigerate until chilled and firm.
