- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- paprika

2While cooking, soften cream cheese and blend in milk, salt and butter or margarine until smooth and creamy. After potatoes are done, drain, mash and add cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
