  • 1 pkg. Jell-O brand pudding (not instant)
  • 1 c. dry Minute rice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. raisins (optional)

    Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.

    Add rice and raisins.

    Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.

    Pour into bowl.
