  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 dash nutmeg

    Boil first three ingredients for 1/2 hours.

    Add sugar, 3 cups milk, and 1 can of evaporated milk.

    Remove from heat, add 3 beaten egg yolks, 1 cup of milk, and vanilla.
