Ingredients

  • 2 12 lbs tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4 oranges, juice of
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • 3 -4 green chilies, seeded (canned is fine)
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • lime slice

    Place first eight ingredients into a blender; whirl until smooth.

    Add salt to taste.
