- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 limes, juice of
- 3 -4 green chilies, seeded (canned is fine)
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- salt, to taste
- lime slice
Directions

1Place first eight ingredients into a blender; whirl until smooth.
