  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix together in large saucepan milk, egg and pudding mix. Add rice and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Add raisins and stir in.

    Spices can be stirred in or sprinkled on top of serving.

    Serve warm or cold.
