  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets, fresh
  • 12 cup sliced almonds
  • 12 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 34 cup fat free sour cream
  • 14 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 13 cup fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 12 teaspoons dried coriander
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients together.

    In a smaller bowl mix the remaining 5 ingredients together to make dressing.

    Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.

    keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
