- 3 cups cauliflower florets, fresh
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- 12 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 34 cup fat free sour cream
- 14 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 13 cup fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 12 teaspoons dried coriander
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients together.

2In a smaller bowl mix the remaining 5 ingredients together to make dressing.
