- 4 each egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups light cream (half&half)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 x peaches sliced, fresh
- 1 x strawberries fresh
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until slightly thickened.

2Gradually add sugar and a pinch of salt.

3Scald table cream and pour slowly into egg mixture, stirring.

4Add vanilla and pour into baking dishes.

5Set them in a pan with 1 inch of water and bake at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6Test with clean knife.

7Can be prepared a day ahead.

8Sprinkle top with sugar and/or top with fresh sliced peaches or strawberries.
