  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • liquid drained from salmon plus enough milk to make 1 c.
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Flake salmon with fork; add remaining ingredients.

    Turn into a greased baking dish.

    Bake in oven at 350° until firm and lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
