  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Combine bread cubes in milk; set aside.

    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and margarine.

    Pour over bread and milk.

    Add raisins and mix well.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Place dish in a pan of hot water.

    Bake at 300° about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
