- 5 celery stalks
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of Tabasco
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 8 eggs, hard-boiled
- cracker crumbs
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Chop celery, onions and bell pepper; saute in butter.

2Add tomato soup and simmer for 20 minutes.

3Add mushrooms, mushroom soup, chili powder, salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes.

4Slice eggs and place in a casserole; then cover with sauce, cracker crumbs and grated cheese.

5Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
