  • 2 salmon or halibut steaks, approx. 8-oz. each
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

    Place salmon or halibut on lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish; top with butter and lemon juice.

    Combine onion, parsley, garlic salt and lemon pepper, and sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered at 400° for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
