- 2 salmon or halibut steaks, approx. 8-oz. each
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
Directions

1Place salmon or halibut on lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish; top with butter and lemon juice.

2Combine onion, parsley, garlic salt and lemon pepper, and sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered at 400° for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
