- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 qt. oysters, drained
- cornmeal
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1In a deep bowl, mix well, the egg, ketchup, Worcestershire, tabasco, black pepper, red pepper, and garlic powder.

2Soak oysters in sauce for 1 hour and refrigerate.

3Roll oysters in cornmeal and fry in oil until golden brown.
