- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until foamy.

3Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time.

4Continue beating until very stiff and glossy.

5Stir in vanilla and pecans.

6Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheet.

7Bake until dry, about 20 minutes (do not let candy brown). Immediately remove from baking sheet.
