  • 3 cups milk

    Mix all ingredients together until smooth, batter will be thin.

    Get frying pan or crepe pan hot.

    Grease pan.

    Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan, swirling the pan to spread it all around.

    Cook till the top starts to bubble and then flip.

    It takes only a minute or so.

    Serve with fruit, brown sugar, icing sugar or syrup.
