  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Shape into small balls (1 1/2-inch round) and freeze on a cookie sheet.
