- 6 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Add milk, flour and salt to eggs.

2Mix until no lumps.

3Pour from pitcher about 2 tablespoons of batter into pan.

4Tip pan until bottom is coated (should be very thin).

5Cook over low heat until crepe looks solid (about 30 seconds).

6Turn and cook another 30 seconds.

7Lightly grease pan about every third crepe.

8Remove and cool on platter.

9May stack.

10Cover all with Saran and set aside.
