- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Beat eggs in bowl.

2Slowly add flour and sugar alternating with milk and water.

3Then beat with blender or the electric mixer until smooth.

4Beat in oil.

5Chill for 1 hour.

6Pour scant 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle.

7Cook until top is set, underside is just brown.

8Flip and cook other side.

9Can be filled with fruit and sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

10Also filled with mixture of cinnamon and regular sugar.
