- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1In bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt.

2Beat until blended.

3Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.

4Remove from heat.

5Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into skillet.

6Lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.

7Return skillet to heat; brown crepes on one side only.

8Separate crepes with waxed paper.

9Makes 16 to 18 crepes.

10Freeze any remaining unfilled crepes.

11Serve with fresh fruit or fruit compote rolled inside.

12Top with whipped cream.
