- 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 can (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls
- 3 slices (7 x 4-inches) Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In a small mixing bowl, combine bacon, eggs, milk and onion; set aside.

3Separate crescent roll dough and place in the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Press over bottom and 1 inch up the side of the pan to form a crust.

5Place cheese over the crust.

6Pour egg mixture over the cheese.

7Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until lightly brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

8For easier handling, cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
