- 2 large cans crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, separated
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Open 1 can rolls and lay flat on bottom of pan.

3Mix egg yolk, sugar, 2 packages cream cheese and vanilla.

4Spread on flat rolls.

5Open 2nd can of rolls and lay flat on top of cheese mixture.

6Brush with egg white.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
